• 2025/2026 pricing: 1.5hrs of play $8.50 (round robin), 2hrs of play $10 (round robin) 
• You can purchase buckets of events: $50, $100 or any denomination that works for you, but ask that you maintain a balance of at least $40 in your funds account at all times
• Payment is due right after you RSVP to any of our events (if payment not received at least 48hrs prior to event you may be moved to the waitlist) 
• If an event is cancelled (weather, etc...) you can use those funds for a future event
• Minimum 48 hours notice is required to remove yourself from an event otherwise you will be charged

1. COMPLETE THE WAIVER:

 CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE THE WAIVER (you must complete this waiver in order to play - complete just once, good for all of our events) 

2. CREATE A FREE DUPR PROFILE: 

 (we enter match results there & it calculates your skill level) here is the link:

(if you get a pop up asking you to upgrade to DUPR+, cancel it out. The club is already on DUPR+)

**Then add yourself  to the WGTA club (look for clubs, type in WGTA , we should pop up, then click where is say's join club). if you can't find us, here is the link:

3. CREATE A MEETUP GROUP ACCOUNT to see the full list of events and to RSVP to events (its free to use the Meetup App)

Games are listed in the meetup group events list including dates, times and locations. 

RSVP to the events you want to attend way ahead of time (September to May are super busy months and there are always waitlists, so sign up early to get a spot!) 

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due right after you register (RSVP) to any of our events. 

Then send an e-transfer payment to:

 wgtapickleball@gmail.com 

NOTE: If you RSVP to an event and you are put on a waitlist, send payment anyways, if you don't get in, the payment will be held for a future event. 

In the memo section of e-transfer include your first, last name, and what the payment is for.....

EG: John Travolta - Mon Jan 04-(5:30pm) & Wed Feb 6, 8, 9 - (10am times)

EG: Jennifer Aniston - $100 towards funds account  

(we take attendance at each game, once your bucket is close to $40 we will email you to add more funds or you can also keep track) 

NOTE: 

Event cancellations may happen - either due to weather or facility cancellation or other reasons. 

If there is a cancellation you can use those funds for another event. We play throughout the entire year so there will always be other events you can attend to make up for any cancellations.
